This mod will replace the German leaders images with new ones. There are two version. One set with the black, white and red German colors. The other set of images has the historical flag.

I will try. I fear that that good and big enough images will be hard to find. There were some challenges with some German generals.

Colorizing black and white images to look natural is difficult and an art.

Doing it by hand in photoshop?, yes its a bore and impractical for the numbers involved. I would go another way, find your picture and enlarge and save a jpeg, import it online and see if your happy with it, https://hotpot.ai/colorize-picture
