Creating Air Directive

In the scenario I'm going to create, I've prepared the Air Groups, the AOGs, linking them together, and with the on-map AirHQs (like Luftlotte), and the related airbases.

The single AirHQ see the assigned airbases and, in the airgroup/AOG screens the single airgroup see the AOG and AirHQ of its command chain (and its airbase).

But when I try to assign air directives, the AirHQs don't see any available airgroup or AOG...

What di I miss?

The same information must be repeated 'n' times in different windows.

A system too layered and redundant ...
