Japanese Kwantung Garrison

Post by abulbulian »

Is there a way to see the combat factors currently in the Japanese Kwantung garrison without counting them?

Looking in manual now..

Think I counted 160 ground factors within 10 hexes of Harbin(w/o the air units). So does that mean the air units can be moved out?

No, just keep what you got there and you will be fine. If you fall under the USSR gets a bump and it states it in the reports.

So can I move the air by Harbin and not cause a garrison issue? Only need the 160 ground factors? Would be nice in the forces section to show the current garrison for units 10 hexes from Harbin. [:)]

I don't have the game, and not familiar with the history, but it seems I as the player can choose to move the garrison out. Is there any reason / bargain to choose so?
Sorry. I'm just curious here...

Leaving Manchuria without a garrison causes the USSR to think seriously about entering the war early against Japan.
