Device errata?

I'm playing the Stalingrad to Berlin campaign right now and noticed a couple of things which do not seem to be correct. I received the Narva SS Estonian Infantry Battalion in Turn 9 ( so Mid-January 1943) and looked at it's TOE. It contains 6 Panzerschreck teams despite the fact that the Panzerschreck shouldn't be in production at this stage of the game (according to the game it enters production in October 1943, although I think in reality the first Panzerschrecks weren't delivered to the army until spring 1944). The second error I think is the Wespe, which enters production in March 1943 according to the game but is already deployed with some SS mechanized divisions.

The whole TOE of battalion is wrong and so is arrival date.

At 1941 campaign this unit have number 02147 and TOE 304 - 44 Infantry battalion, meet it at my game. May TOE number should be changed to 303 - 42 Infantry Battalion.
At Stalingrad to Berlin campaign it has number 02399 and TOE 304 - 44 Infantry battalion. May TOE number should be changed to 303 - 42 Infantry Battalion and special from SS Elite to SS-Non-Elite, like in 1941 campaign.

Wespe mass production stared at march 1943 and some SS divisions could got them at march if they TOE upgraded to 43a, 43b, 43c SS Panzergrenadier division, that can happen since October 1942 when these TOE become availiable. May be First year and date for these TOE should be changed to Year 1943, month 1?
