These don't seem to match up in game selection screen vs. settings screen in-game.

The former is green, normal, trained, experienced (20%), veteran (30%), seasoned (35%), tough (40%), crack (45%), elite (50%), loyal elite (55%), samurai (60%); the latter from -4% to 12%.
In-game, it goes from green -10% to ubermensch (30%), and supply inept (-5%) to optimal (10%).
