Is Mobilization the answer?

Then you should not be able to sell all research for MPPs on turn one.

Come at me [8D]

I would actually say no research should be able to be sold in any of the games in the series. Once research is started that should be it.

Mobilization is the answer. [:)]

Banning the selling of research chits would require an engine change, and judging from conversations on here over the last little while, I'm not sure it would be universally popular.
