Aircraft reinforcements

Hi,
do air groups automatically receive aircrafts from the pool and production in the logistic phase? I noticed that I am missing aircrafts in my air groups while my pool is full and I even got air groups in reserve that are full.

yes but this also depends on available pilots/crews, probably also by available freight/supply at the airbase
