Looking for an ELO Game - Axis opponent required

Looking for my first ELO Game - Axis opponent required. 1939 scenario with house rules.

I am not very experienced but I am placed a respectable 11th in the current Slitherine tournament. I play pretty quick. Happy to play to bitter end or agree an outcome. I don't mind being crushed as long as I am learning.

Yep. Perfect. Rematch is on. I am more comfortable with 1939 anyway. Can you please set it up and send me a password as you are more experienced with that.

ELO house rules I think are: no spending on major diplomacy, no 1940 Barbarossa and no diplomacy on Bulgaria (although I don't know the history behind that one).
