Okinawa scenario - AI doesnt attack

Hello, i just started my first scenario - Okinawa and as the title says, AI didnt attack me at all.
You can see on screen what my game looked like for all of the turns, they didnt even bother to push north at all.
All of the settings were default.

I'll fix it. It is seeing your defense as too hard to crack.
