TOE Range Filter on Commander's Report

Please consider adding a TOE range filter on the CR, alongside the Morale, Fatigue and Experience filters. This would be very helpful for identifying understrength units and quickly setting them to Refit or transferring them to Reserves.

For example, I like to set all units under 67% TOE to Refit but currently it's necessary to select each unit to do so. The filter would be a big time saver!

You can do it now. Just click on the triangle thingy next to % of TOE. Over to the far left, change the range from whatever it is showing to 0 then 67...voila.
