Any quick way to visually spot depleted units on the map at a glance ?
Can't figure out ...

I would suggest making a habit of checking on the Commander's Report. I don't think there is a way to visually display this.

Look at the filters provided by the turn summary.
It provides you this kind of information.

It's a pity the information is not provided on the unit card, like spply %.

Note you can view the Turn Summary at any time (Ctrl+S), its very useful for just this sort of thing.
