How do I set the game in windowed mode

WarPlan Pacific is an operational level wargame which covers all the nations at war in the Pacific theatre from December 1941 to 1945 on a massive game scale.

I don't see it as an option in settings.

Push alt+enter and it should work. It's a common unity shortcut.

Alternatively go to graphics in the main menu and click the button that says full screen to change it to windowed.
