I have 6 game going one and 4 days i don't receive any turn back it wasn't happening before is it tech issue?

It might be worth logging in to the PBEM lobby to check if games are waiting for you, in case the email notification system has had a glitch.

If not, then if you can contact your opponents they'll hopefully let you know if they've been busy on other things or have not received the email etc.
