Message to Dev Team

I have never purchased a GG game, or traditional BG/HEX/CNTR/TBS war game.

I was kind of on the fence about giving this one a try.

I want to tell you what sold me on this game; as I think it is not a typical answer.

I was reading the manual. It is an amazing piece of work! In fact, it is the best I have seen in my 30 years of games and 40 years of Software Engineering. I just figured if the game even comes close to the manual; it has to be a gem.

Thank you for the game and keeping a dying craft alive (documentation).

Glad to hear you picked it up MarkShot! Also could not agree more, the manual is a piece of art! In my opinion the same level of care went into all aspects of the game and it just comes across as high quality top to bottom.

Edit- you may want to check out getting your hands on a printed manual, it has received rave reviews as well!

Well, I have two other options which I think would suit me better.

13" iPad

2 Displays ... most my games I play on a 32" TV which is good as the roll over text is not exactly large ... that's why got a TV to have large 1080p. So, I could have both displays running. The game on a 32" TV and the manual up on a 21" tradition for 4:3 LCD.

I will have to see how it goes.

Any way to enlarge rollover text?
