No Sov rocket divisions

working through the Stalingrad to Berlin, using 1.00.12Beta
Just got to 1944 and can't see rocket divisions list in the building list at all.

Also in the main block of artillery (not mortars) when you click on to the 41 High Power Artillery Bn, you see the TOE for using the 280 mm Br-5, but you can't do anything as the unit list counts the 120 mm tube mortar battalions against this tally and says you've got too many of them. This happens throughout the scenario, the rocket div disappearing from build happens at the start of 44

Meet similar mistake, TOE number 1148
Maybe It's because OB chain 1146 haven't entries for 1944, 1945 year, recommend add entries for 1944, 1945 year, with limit 8 for both years
