Building Air fields

Post by JamesM »

I am not sure if this has been answered before? In current game playing as the Soviets in the 41 to 45 campaign I have a number of air fields being built from 0-1, 1-2 and 2-3. I am trying to control this through the commander's report using the location tab, however, it only shows the air field size as 0, 1, 2 or 3. It does show when building an air base from size 0 to 1, but does not list expanding existing air fields. Also using the locations tab in the Commander Report it does not list if support units (i.e. AA and engineers) are attached to a location.

in the cr, make 'city' visible (its usually a hidden column) and you'll see what is allocated where~:

Thank you, that is handy, however, it still makes it hard to use to build air bases. But I think their may be an issue with the cr and showing if their is support units at a location. If you look at the screen shot below it is showing no support units at the locations where air fields have been selected to be built, however, I know from checking these locations their are assigned engineering battalions or regiments at most of these locations. Also when looking at the entire list of locations it shows zero for the number of su's at locations.
