LUFT 2 vanished ??

its mud 42 and have been using the auto ai air and now I am manually looking ans setting misions where is the german AF ??
have lf 1 and 4, thought there should be a 2 now ?

UPDATE
So Kesselring is in command but its off map, shows " in fransfer box.. Its April and last I saw in savwed games was in December
What happened and can I get the air wing ( my term) back ???

I had played a modded game previously without the f2 withdrawel and wow.. no F2!
