Norway minefield / supply

I see this as a bug...and easily addressed in the event file but looking for opinions...

In my game with Harry...the Allies invaded Norway. All went according to the Axis plan...and now the Allies hold Oslo and Trod...with the Axis holding the rest.

So the few issues I have noticed...

1) The Axis have the Norway minefield up...but the Allies still get supplies into and of Oslo. This is not really possible with a minefield suppressing the supplies but occurs. Should it?
Honestly I had a HUGE fleet pinned and did not remember that the minefield is due to a hex being owned rather than Oslo. Perhaps the minefield should only appear if the Axis own that hex and Oslo?
2) Can the Allies get a shipping lane for the 1 Norway point? They would also need it if they decided to take out Sweden which has a LOT more points.

Thoughts?
