early Sealion aftermath, Strats in North Africa, not attacking Greece

howdy folks,

I started playing this wonderful game a few months ago and I'am having a blast in MP.
But I came to wonder about a few things where I'd like some opinions on:

1.
If you do an early Sealion you use a lot of ressources. The benefit is, that you can then concentrate on the Russians. No Industry Bombing or large scale invasion threat. But is it not that England is way harder to defend afterwards (since you loose like 2 turns of extra redeployment from Russia)?
And does that mean that early Sealion is bad even if successful?

2. Whats the benefit of letting Italy declare on Greece? I did not let them do it and -compared to the run before- it freed troops right away for Barbarossa deployment. Why would one accept some crappy Italian units for annyoing mountain fighting (assuming u dont do Instagib Athens - but Im not good enough for that lol)

3. If Allies decide to use Stratbombers to defend Eqypt... is there any way around it? I just had a round with Case Blue 1942. And granted, Axis forces in NA are not very strong at that point. But levelbombing that narrow strip of towns seems the way to go. I have yet to encounter it myself as Axis but I would not know how to counter that.

I think if you see your opponent is under manned in GB maybe Sealion a good idea. Generally people are prepared for Sealion and its a tough gambit for the Axis. It helps to have level one amphib but that requires 2 chits early.

IMO the best attack for the Axis is after France to take Malta and then go all in for Egypt and push the Brits back to Iraq.

Strat bomber are very useful in reducing supply in NA and is a good strategy for the Allies. In the '39 scenario the Axis has a large air superiority if played correctly they will force the Brits to retreat to Iraq.

I recently lost to someone (Axis) that took all of Iraq and Iran and was approaching Caucasus. It took to '44 and he lost quite a few units but he had me beat.
