What Western air platforms are there that support jamming of VHF/UHF band radars like the Russian Nebo-M?

Generally anything that has a jammer that shows in the viewer as covering B band (VHF or C if it's UHF) and has a greater generation or isn't significantly behind. So for nebo-m #4556 it would be B and early 2010's. You're generally looking for things that have or loadouts that carry ALQ-99x, ALQ-99-XXX NGJ, APG-81 oecm, Generic oecm 2010s, Generic oecm 2020's,spear ew, ALQ-249 NGJ-mid, when it comes to units or munitions.
