Well there is a fix that needs to be done.

Interesting. I just tested this and you in theory could land an NLF division on the adjacent hex -- 29,10. As soon as you move the NLF, its ZOC captures HK. At which point it becomes a Japanese supply port. You could in theory save 20-amphib pts at the start of the game in the capture of Canton by shipping an Infantry Army Directly into HK by turn 2 or 3 and capping Canton by turn 3 or 4.

thanks Alvaro! you might want to check the 2 polder hexes just north of Hong Kong their defense value is 100! pretty stout defense
