1.00.141 - residual problem with Leningrad supply

First, all the remaining problems are solved with this 1.00.141 patch.

There is just this case remaining. Situation: I surrounded Leningrad area with Axis divisions. But I have taken care of not taking the two hexes that are a trigger for Leningrad road of life.

Circled in red, these three armies plus the air unit have no more supply. This is good.

But, Leningrad is still in supply since the two hexes triggering the road of life are still owned by Russia.

I think just one condition is missing.

Road of Life is activated if these two hexes are owned by USSR AND these two hexes are supplied.

Sadly you can't within the event file check if hexes are "supplied". I wish you could.

This code validates the USSR own Kabozha and all the rail hexes up to the road of life.

That should cover most of the possible situations for Leningrad and the road of life being in supply

ONE that still does exist would be the Axis completely bypassing the north and cutting the rail lines to Leningrad north of Moscow...
But if they are doing that Leningrad is the least of you worries.
