Option for Support Unit commitment

It would be really nice to have a toggle button (similar to GS) where you can turn SU commitment on/off before a battle.

This has the potential to disadvantage the AI, so it would be even better if it was limited to PvP.

Ultimately, it wold be even nicer if you could pick which particular SUs which were committed to battle.
