UK Convoy Routes Rerouted Randomly?

UK declined the decision to reroute convoys away from Med but in Nov 1940 the routes appear to have rerouted? Any idea why? Its a server game and the ID is 338847.

Hi

I've taken a look and the convoy route from Egypt is still set to flow through the Med.

However, it has to pass through the port of Gibraltar and that has been reduced below strength 5, whereas convoys can only pass through ports with a strength of 5 or greater.

As a result Egypt's convoy route is showing in white, i.e. inactive, but once Gibraltar's port has repaired to 5 (providing your opponent let's it!) then it should start sending MPPs to the UK again.

Ah ok. I get it now. It was the DE where UK attacks the Vichy Algeria fleet and they bomb Gibraltar. Didn't notice the damage. Thanks!
