Missing generic feature (save query/filter)

I have spent quite a bit of time in tabular informational screens of WITW and WITE2.

The UI and options are really nicely done and ranks comparable to commercial data analysis software.

Except for one feature. It would be nice to be able to save certain queries say on any screen, and have a standard context dependent drop down to recall a query previously used. This would save a lot redundant filtering, exclusions, grouping, and sorting.

Since the last parameters are saved on the given screen, and the display appears dynamically refreshed; then, I would imagine this would not be so hard to build on top of what you already have.
