Sceenshot A: Central Hungary and Tizantul are overlapping when zoomed out.

Sceenshot B: Texts can be positioned better, such as without overlapping. Does anyone know how to position text?

I see the use of Tizantul and Tiszantul. Does anyone know when to use it?
