Rail Repair Rate test

Post by AlvaroSousa »

Who was running the rail repair rate test for the scenarios?

The more I look at the armor issue I think this might be the solution. 3 -> 2.

It DOESN'T impact France 1940 but it will impact the Barbarossa and the late game for the Allies slowing down the game.

I think this is Harrybanana and stjeand.

I am currently playing mirror games with stjeand testing this. The game has not yet progressed far enough to start Barbarossa.
Should be at that point next week.

Harry whooped me good even with the change...but as I have said I am still not a great Russian player. I do well with the UK and US but can NOT figure out the Russians.
He believed it slowed him.
