Multi-Player Registration Error

Trying to register - first time, new account.
Getting a "General Error - Please Try Again" error.
Fall 2021-Playing: Stalingrad'42 (GMT); Advanced Squad Leader,
Reading: Masters of the Air (GREAT BOOK!)
Rulebooks: ASL (always ASL), Middle-Earth Strategy Battle Game

Sometimes it does glitch when they are doing maintenance.

Try today. If it still persists turn off the windows firewall and try again or make sure WarPlan is on the exclusion list for in/out traffic on the firewall. Although this shouldn't have an impact.

If that doesn't work contact support.
