Coastal Defense and Shipyard for Hungary

It was a try to buy a Coastal Defense using the production of Hungary. But, the deployment is quite limited indeed...

Also this is possible to buy shipyards for Hungary whereas there is no coastline.

Perhaps like WPP, remove Shipyard and Coastal Defense for Hungary. We don't care of the rest, they depends on shipyards.
