Complete installation ?!

Complete installation ?!

When doing a complete re-installation is it necessary to install versions 1.02/1.03/1.04 and 1/06 after 1.00 ?.

No, the official patches are cumulative so you can install them over 1.00. The beta patches need the latest official patch though.
