Fleet of 10 units

Hi Alvaro,

Think I found a bug here. Not sure if reported before. I had here a fleet with 9 naval units (7 air/land been transported and 2 DDs). Then I moved the Canadian DD to the fleet hex (forgot was already at 9) and... it worked! Now at 10 units in the fleet. (Unless transported units are not counted the same way?).

This is something I thought I fixed. I am not sure how it is happening either.

Another example here if it helps. The British fleet has 10 units.
