Well normally I would simply say uninstall and forget but that may not be the right solution in your situation. I have listed some steps below for a possible course of action to take in your case.

FOLLOW IN ORDER!

1. Find hammer and place on table.

2. Drive your vehicle to nearest liquor store and purchase tequila and/or schnapps (at least 750 mL of each should suffice).

3. Go home.

4. Drink the beverages you just purchased in step 2 in their entirety.

5. Pick up hammer which was placed on table in step 1 and proceed as carefully as possible to your computer.

6. Smash computer with hammer.

7. Admire handiwork.

8. Smash own head with hammer until unconscious (you may or may not wake up again after this, so happy thoughts).
