88mm Flak18 AA Gun data

I believe the 88mm Flak18 AA Gun data is incorrect.

Specifically, the Range of 5000 yards (15000 feet) appears way too short.

Even when comparing against the current ceiling values (38400 / 26000 feet), it is significantly short.

According to three different sources, Effective Firing Range was 16,250 yards (not 5000 yards).

Please review and update game data.
