As a veteran of SWAT 3, I give my first impressions of the new SWAT game Ready or Not and its potential for the future.

Yep, I played some SWAT4, but by then my clan had broken up. Going forward I won't have any problem jumping in with folks on Discord as my experience is that you can find a lot of really good gamers who are very serious about playing COOP games in teams.

Overall, it is very difficult to gauge how the game will proceed. As I said, if the community modders jump in with both feet, it will be amazing.

At this point, IMO, they need to include a mission planning system which gives the layout of the map and a couple different spawn locations, and a few small to medium sized maps/missions.

I'll keep folks updated on development.

BTW... thanks for the link to GOG.
