Fuel Cost Prediction

Hello, first sorry for my English.

I'm going to move KG Goltz..

And Fuel Cost prediction is 1058.

But, after move, when I check Unit detail stats, I see that only have used 131 Fuel Point.

I don't know why Fuel cost is different that final fuel cost.
