[Q] Airburst Nuclear Weapon?

In the Taiwan Blitz of the Chain of War DLC, I think they instructions are not to directly strike the mainland with nuclear weapons and instead airburst the nukes for an EMP effect, do the df-15c do this automatically, or how else do I set them up to airburst in the manually attack option, or in the mission planner?

Make sure you've got nukes on in ROE's. Manual fire the nuke. When you allocate the missile and its shows up right-hand dialogs, right-click the allocation line and it will give you the option for a high altitude detonation
