Merging counters

Please can we have an option in the game or at least as a scenario modding tool for removing the 50pp restriction when it comes to sharing troops /equipment between stacked counters.

You can always merge if you completely deplete one unit (so it dissapears) right?

as a temporary fix for transferring trucks from infantry battalion to another unit , this would enable infantry unit to be cross country capable like a volksgrenadier battalion .
