Rising Sun Display Issues

Just bought the game. I am able to play WestFront and EastFront no problem. However, there is some weird display issue going on with Rising Sun. I think it has something to do with my resolution. The display will glitch when playing at resolutions higher than 1280x1024. I would like to be able to play on my computer's native resolution (which I am able to do on WestFront/EastFront) of 1980x1080. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you!

IF you have an NVIDEA GFX card....
try this
I find that IF I DISABLE THE NVIDEA DRIVER, and use the built-in MSFT windows graphic display, then an OLD game such as JTCS RS WORKS, as do EF,WF,WW1Mod.
