Combining regiments in TB?

Is it possible to combine regiments inside of the TB without having to send it to the MAP to do so manually? Combined units have slightly better stats and the TB menu just looks worse because of it.

I'd like if that was possible.
I've looked for but not found a way to combine directly in there.

Same. I don't think it's possible to combine units in TB, only on map.
