Question - name of a game

Hi, what do you call this game they play in the movie below. It's sort of like a table tennis racket with a ball attached to it on an elastic thread -- https://youtu.be/NzbhbetwYFU?t=25

I want to buy something like that as a present for my friends' son but I have no bloody idea what it's called...
