Full Game Wanted / Reliable Player

I am fairly experienced (say 7/7.5 on a scale 1-10) and prefer to play the Japanese.

It is essential that any game continues at a good pace (average 3-4 turns a day) without either player going AWOL. I am open to MODs, but often play on the expanded map.

What time zone? It will be hard to maintain that pace if we're on different continents.
