Misson Bug or am I doing something wrong?

Whenever I make a mission to unload cargo such as troops, the aircraft take off then land at the mothership with the status "mission over" for the second they are actually in flight.

Is there a pre-takeoff save we can look at?

I specifically tried to test this with the raid on kismayo mission on whatever is the latest public steam build. I can send a save file when I am back at my computer
