Remove reserve TB

I see no reasons in reserve TB. Players have some reserves? Keep them on map. Maybe planes can stay in reserve TB (to have lower amount of units on a map that are not used, like Axis allies planes), but no ground units. Moreover it will prevent Soviets teleportation ability as well as they will finally use rails to move their troops.

Training/refitting can be done far from a front, like it is in real life.

Alas it has the function of 'training location' too, where units can up their Morale level to National Morale; and they can round up experience.

It's just way easier to code the distance that troops can migrate into / from National Reserve than to re-code everything without the National Reserve.

FWIW As Soviets in 1941, I redeploy troops by rail a LOT more than by reserve. Redeploying by rail is significantly faster than using the reserve, and you want all the counters you can get on the map as quickly as you can get them.

The time when the reserve is relatively more useful is only later in the game. So I don't think this is one of the main balance issues making things too hard for Axis, at all (which is why you are complaining about it).

Soviets abandoning the south and redeploying all their units to the center/north is not particularly dependent on using the reserve. Using the reserve is nice, but in this AAR I redeployed most units using rail when I abandoned the south - https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.a ... =&#5070697
