Several "Field Artillery" Unit script builds, but they can't be bought directly

Something I noticed when the Afrika Corps comes online. They get a "field artillery" unit, but NO nation can actually buy said unit. There is of course "heavy artillery", and that is available in the build menu for all major nations. Is this WAD or was it an oversight carried over from a much earlier version where field arty was the default unit?

This is WAD to give the Afrika Korps a little artillery assistance but one that cannot be repurchased if destroyed, which means it's not quite as useful a bonus as if it were one that could be repurchased.
