Side Briefing Unable to be Edited? [Scenario Editing]

Posting this here because I initially mistook the Mods & Scenarios for the right place.
I was going to make a correction to the side briefing of a scenario I'm doing, but all I get is a blank slate with no way of entering any text whatsoever. The only way to edit it is in HTML, but it messes up the structure of the briefing. Could you address this situation, please? Thanks.

Addendum: I can see the briefing when I initially load it before entering the game proper, but it's not showing ingame itself.

Hi,
I was not able to reproduce the issue with the scenario you posted.
I edited the briefing for both sides and I was able to see both of them when loading a scenario and ingame
