Converting TOAW 3 to 4

Im seeing links for old TOAW 3 scenarios (and even older) that arent not in the standard Vanilla TOAW 4. How do i convert these old files to be playable for 4?

Im seeing links for old TOAW 3 scenarios (and even older) that arent not in the standard Vanilla TOAW 4. How do i convert these old files to be playable for 4?

Open them in the TOAW IV scenario editor, then save them again.

There may be some oddities with earlier versions, but the above should at least make it possible open the scenario to play.

Seem to get a missing .eqp files for some of the scenarios. will this be an issue.

Seem to get a missing .eqp files for some of the scenarios. will this be an issue.

This warning can me produced in error, based on whether an equipment file was loaded the last time the scenario was saved. If not then it means the scenario should be provided with a supporting custom equipment file, and not using this file will cause some units to have the wrong equipment. If you don't see this in the zip or wherever you got the scenario, probably there is no such file.
