1.00.16 - Upgrade only does not work

Upgrade only is always putting a dark cross on the unit counter. So it does not trigger.

Are you sure that's not just a visual issue with the red cross?

Yes I am sure. Taking this unit at Assault 1939. All other units (naval, air, land) have the disable repair + upgrade option.

Setting PP for reinforcement, the unit will never upgrade. Putting upgrade + repair option, it works.

Tested and it does not appear to work for upgrade only as stated.
