Hello I can't for the life of me seem to get this achievement, no matter how many games I join the freedom alliance it just won't trigger, I have even fought and destroyed the Shakturi I have the achievement for killing them. I don’t get it the achievement text says just join the alliance it does not mention any other requirements, anyone have any ideas? I have read somewhere that it requires a number of races to join but I have no idea how many. I'm only missing this and the 1000 spy missions and I have them all, trying to get them all done before Distant Worlds 2 comes out.
