Hello

A quick Question about the Weather in WaW.
Is it complete random with regional, and seasonal modifiers?
Is there a way to give a forecast like you can get a supply forecast for the next Turn?

Yes, it is random within the regional and seasonal modifier parameters, and there is some consideration in some areas for what the adjacent weather is as well. For example, if a region has frozen/snow, then an immediately adjacent region would not have summer conditions etc.

There is no weather forecast system in place as well.
