FYI: Changing difficulty Levels

FYI: The issue of changing level in game also still exists in .06. That is, when you increase the difficulty levels in game, the counters do not change at all and remain at the levels when you first started the game.

That was something I could not change.

Changing the experience changes the units being built but not the ones on the map. It does impact reinforcements though. When I made it I didn't think of it correctly.
